The Work Family Guest Ranch is a 12,000 acre family owned guest ranch located outside of Paso Robles, California near San Luis Obispo County.

The family is serious about being stewards of the land that they own. They have won many awards and have been featured speakers around the world.

George Work is a regular featured speaker for students at the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo's agricultural department and also at local high schools in the area.

The ranch was featured in the book Gardners of Eden by Dan Dagget along with many pictures throughout the book and including the cover photo.
